eMoney partners with BlackRock

The Radnor-based financial services firm eMoney Advisor said Monday that its eMoney financial planning platform for advisors will now connect with BlackRock’s iRetire.

The Radnor-based financial services firm eMoney Advisor said Monday that its eMoney financial planning platform for advisors will now connect with BlackRock’s iRetire, featuring single sign-on access.

While not a merger, eMoney and BlackRock’s iRetire will be integrated. iRetire was developed to help advisors navigate clients' retirement planning needs by illustrating the potential impact working longer, saving more, spending less, and changing investment strategies can have on retirement income. Paired with eMoney’s financial planning software, iRetire allows advisors to more effectively manage retirement portfolios, eMoney said in a press release.

The iRetire integration with eMoney will be available as of Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, to eMoney clients on the “Application” page of the eMoney platform.

To learn more about the integration, a webinar will be held at 4 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 12. To register, financial advisors should reach out to their eMoney or BlackRock representative locally.

eMoney Advisor is a provider of wealth management solutions for financial professionals, firms, and enterprises. With more than 600 employees in three locations-including its headquarters in Radnor, eMoney has 50,000 financial professionals as clients.

BlackRock provides investment management. As of September 30, 2018, the firm managed approximately $6.44 trillion in assets on behalf of investors worldwide.
