Hudson Table, a cooking school and demo kitchen, to open in Northern Liberties

Hudson Table, a kitchen studio in Hoboken, N.J., that hosts cooking demonstrations and classes, confirmed that it will open a location in Northern Liberties in 2019.

A rep declined to specify the location or provide further details, but a source pinpointed it at Schmidt’s Commons, on the Second Street side at the far southern end, next to Tendenza.

Hudson Table, which opened four years ago, runs a full slate of classes -- both hands-on and demonstration -- taught by professionals.

It’s reminiscent of Audrey Claire COOK, at 20th Street and Rittenhouse Square.
