Bullet hits SEPTA bus in North Philly
The Route 48 bus was struck about 3:40 p.m. at 29th and Dauphin Streets.
No injuries were reported after a bullet struck a SEPTA bus in the city’s Strawberry Mansion section Tuesday afternoon, an agency spokesman said.
The Route 48 bus was hit about 3:40 p.m. at 29th and Dauphin Streets, said SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch.
None of the 20 passengers nor the driver were injured, Busch said.
The incident was being investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department.
An NBC10 reporter tweeted a photo showing a bullet hole in a side window next to the passenger entrance.
