Re-brand: PC Helps now Vitalyst

Boosts cloud, mobile support

PC Helps, the Bala Cynwyd corporate software and mobile help-desk outsourcer that claims 450 U.S.-based clients for its Bala Cynwyd and Cleveland help centers, has changed its name to Vitalyst, says chief executive Brian Madocks in this statement. Vitalyst says it has lately added "cloud-delivered service support," onsite training and other new services to its past menu of systems migration and general computer support.

"tThe proliferation of new device types and the increasing demand for support among business users" has boosted Vitalyst's prospects, the company said, citing research by Gartner Group.  The 21-year-old company, now owned and backed by Baird Capital, employs more than 300.
