SFX Entertainment buys Philly's Fame House

Fiebach sells his social-media firm to Sillerman's electronic-music empire

Mike Fiebach's Society Hill-based Fame House, a 20-person social-media, digital-strategy, Web design and development service that says it's worked with Eminem, Pretty Lights, Lobo Dice, Matisyahu, DJ Shadow and other popular acts, is one of several firms acquired by SFX Entertainment, a New York electronic-music show and digital-content producer that recently listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

SFX boss Robert F.X. Sillerman didn't disclose the prices for his acquisition. In a statement, he said his firm has also taken over product-design agency Arc90, and agreed to buy content-to-fan platform Tunezy.

Investment banker Michael Mufson of Philadelphia's own Mufson, Howe & Hunter. represented Fame House. His daughter is married to Fiebach.
