We only had 2 students in class again this week but both girls were excited to dig right in and get started with the curry chicken.   There were quite a few new ingredients in this dish so we spend a lot of time smelling the spices – curry, paprika, and cinnamon as well as tasting some new foods – cauliflower, olives and apricots.   The girls were pleasantly surprised about how the meal both looked and tasted delicious.   The olives were the only ingredient that both Leribel Rosario and our other instructor, Kristin Stitz, did not like fresh or roasted!
