NOTO - the nightclub due this fall at 12th and Vine Streets from a 24-year-old dance-music impresario and his mother - has its management team in place.

James De Berardine has brought in Ryan Dorsey, a founder of Recess in Old City and former general manager of Zee Bar; Zach Seidman, most recently a supervisor at the Fillmore Philadelphia; and Jeff Bowell, who was part of the opening team at mur.mur at the Borgata and HQ Nightclub and HQ Beach Club at Revel, both in Atlantic City.

NOTO, which stands for "Not of the Ordinary," will accommodate nearly 1,000 people. It will occupy about 15,000 square feet on two floors and will be equipped with state-of-the-art lights and sound. The mezzanine will have an early 20th-century chandelier, salvaged from a London hotel, composed of hundreds of crystal perfume bottles.

Food will be overseen by chef Sylva Senat, who, besides his current project of Dos Tacos at 15th and Sansom Streets, is also moving forward with plans for a Center City restaurant.

The club is hosting a job fair from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 20-23 and from noon to 6 p.m. Sept. 24 at Recess Lounge (125 S. Second St.).
