Smokey Pint: Bringing beer and BBQ to Bridesburg

"Mid-June" is the target of Smokey Pint, a brick-and-mortar outpost of Sean Parker's Oink & Moo BBQ food trucks at 2549 Orthodox St. in Bridesburg, just off I-95's Aramingo exit.

This is a partnership with Craig and Chad Weizer, who own an adjacent commissary used by a dozen or so food trucks, as Danya Henninger reported here in February.

The rustic spot will be counter service, and prices will be low.

Menu - still in the works - will include pulled pork sliders, chicken tacos, chili, cornbread and mac-and-cheese. Six beers on draft will be supplemented by fridges bearing five dozen bottles and cans at the outset.
