Albert Zheng, riding high across from the Criminal Justice Center with Kabuki Sushi (45 N. 13th St.), is planning two restaurants on Fairmount Avenue – both named Engimono (as in the Japanese word for "good-luck charm").

His first effort, filling the former Rybread space at 2319 Fairmount Ave., will be a deli that also will sell the Hawaiian fish dish called poke. He expects that to open in November.

Early next year should see the debut of a sushi restaurant at 1811 Fairmount, closer to Rybread's new location at 1711 Fairmount.
