Saxbys has opened its eighth student-run cafe, rolling out Monday at St. Joseph's University, in partnership with Haub School of Business and the Maguire Foundation.

Madison Dierolf, a member of St. Joe's Class of 2020, is the first manager of the store, inside the Campion Student Center (5600 City Ave.). Dierolf directs a staff of 25 undergrads.

Saxbys' Experiential Learning Program locations now exist across seven university campuses: Drexel (which has two), Millersville, Temple, La Salle, West Chester, Penn State, and St. Joseph's.
