Curd-master Alex Jones will deliver a mozzarella-making demo, to be followed by plenty of cheese-eating and beer-drinking. At the end of the night, you'll be sent off with the ingredients needed to make your own mozzarella, encouraging you and your partner to continue collaborating at home. Tickets are limited, as the event will be capped at 20 people.

Flying Fish brews are paired with a backdrop of real fishies at the Hop-full Hearts Brewmaster's Dinner at the Adventure Aquarium.
