In October 2013, stars like Macy Gray, KeKe Palmer, and Quincy Brown descended upon West Philly's Overbrook High School to begin shooting the upcoming basketball-centric drama, Brotherly Love. Now, that drama has a trailer, and Overbrook High may well be the real star.

Written and directed by Philly native Jamal Hill, Brotherly Love comes to us via Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit Entertainment and revolves around protagonist Sergio Taylor, a basketball star at Overbrook. Starring KeKe Palmer, Eric D. Hill Jr., and Cory Hardict, the film relays how one West Philly family deals with the pressures of Taylor's rise to sports stardom.

"Shooting at Overbrook High was an amazing backdrop," director Hill recently told Philadelphia Style. "The classic architecture and personality made it a character in the film in and of itself."

Brotherly Love is currently slated with an April 24 release.
