The Museum of the American Revolution has elected Stephen Schwab to its board. He is a partner in the Chicago office of the global law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US). He will complete the term of Carl Buchholz, vice chairman of the museum's board and a partner with DLA Piper, who died this year.

Laura Powers, chief marketing officer of Furia Rubel Communications Inc., Doylestown, has been elected to the board of directors of the Legal Marketing Association's Northeast region.

The Public Interest Law Center, a nonprofit law firm that helps vulnerable populations gain access to basic resources, has elected Hyung Steele, a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, to its board of directors.

Karen Madotto, branch manager of Penn Community Bank in Bensalem, has been elected president of the Feasterville Business Association. She replaces William Wiegman Jr., retired chief of police of Lower Southampton Township, who will remain on the executive board.

Other elected officers include: Rick Tyrrell, owner of Cheese Dawgs restaurant, Feasterville, vice president; Dennis Markowitz, retired founder and chief operating officer of the Financial Group Plus family of companies, Southampton, treasurer; Linda Pupkiewicz, assistant director of the Lower Southampton Township Library, recording secretary; Tracy Freels, Lower Southampton Township auditor, financial secretary; Diane Fetscher, a financial adviser at Edward Jones Investments in Center City, corresponding secretary; and Michael R. Lesher, senior project manager for Regal Properties Inc., Langhorne, sergeant-at-arms.

New board members include: Stewart Gritz, president of Junk King of Bucks County, Feasterville; Jim Kelly, president of Jim Kelly Public Adjusters, Bensalem; and Pradeep Kohli, assistant vice president and branch manager of Univest Bank, Bensalem. Retained directors are Stu Coren, president of Rosen-Coren marketing and public-relations agency, Langhorne; Susan Harrison, co-owner of Greater Philadelphia Abstract Co., Trevose; and Linda Lowney, co-owner of Town & Country Kennel Inc., Langhorne.
