Morgan announces Hong Kong affiliation
The affiliation will expand the firm's presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Morgan Lewis & Bockius, the Center City-based law firm, has announced that it is affiliating with Luk & Partners in Hong Kong, adding to its presence in the Asia Pacific region. Luk & Partners is led by Edwin Luk and Morris Hoo, who focus on corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. They will join more than 70 Morgan Lewis lawyers in China. In recent years, the firm has expanded its offices in Beijing and Tokyo and opened offices in Singapore and Shanghai.
