Brookhaven Shopping Center in Delaware County sells for $30.5M

A unit of Atlanta-based investment-management company Invesco Ltd. has paid $30.5 million for the Brookhaven Shopping Center in Delaware County.
Invesco Real Estate acquired the 211,758-square-foot shopping center near Edgemont Avenue and Upland Road from Katz Properties LLC of New York, according to Delaware County real estate records.
The sale was announced Monday by Chris Angelone and Jim Galbally, managing directors with real estate services firm JLL, which marketed the property.
The shopping center is anchored by a ShopRite supermarket and a Lowe's home improvement store. The sale to Invesco was completed June 30, county records show.
