Enclave of 43 townhouses planned at NoLibs industrial property

The four-story townhouses, priced at $699,000 and over, will offer three- or four-bedroom floor plans, one- or two-car garages, and rooftop terraces.

PRDC Properties plans a 43-unit townhouse development at 600 N. Fifth Street, about a block north of the Northern Liberties warehouse that is being converted into Yards Brewing Co.'s new home and a Target Corp. store.

Philadelphia-based PRDC plans to break ground later this month on the project, which will replace what is now an industrial building just north of a Spring Garden Street strip mall, the company said in a statement.

The four-story, 2,700- to 3,100-square-foot townhouses, priced at $699,000 and over, will offer three- or four-bedroom floor plans, one- or two-car garages, and rooftop terraces, PRDC said.

The first homes are scheduled for completion by the end of March 2018, with work on the entire project – which is being called Liberty Square – finishing by the end of 2019, the company said.
