The 33-story Evo at Cira Centre South student housing tower near 30th Street Station in University City has sold for $197.5 million.

The 347-unit building sold on Jan 10., according to a release Thursday from Philadelphia-based Brandywine Realty Trust, which developed the tower and had held a 50 percent interest in the property alongside Harrison Street Real Estate Capital of Chicago.

The Cira Centre South complex encompasses the Evo building, Brandywine's recently completed 49-story FMC Tower, and a parking garage topped with public open space between the two.

In December 2015, Brandywine sold a former postal building nearby that it had restored for use as a local IRS headquarters for $354 million to a South Korean investment fund.
