When Apartment Guide published its recent study about amenities renters want and smart features such as app-controlled locks made an appearance, we wondered whether units with those features were available in Philadelphia. Here are three buildings with smart technology in the city.

Colonnade

Tell me all about it: The Colonnade has been recently restored, and we love this one-bedroom corner unit.
