Man struck, killed by train on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line
The fatality affected service during the morning rush hour.
A man was struck and killed by a train on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line during Tuesday morning's rush hour.
The man was hit at 8:19 a.m. by a westbound train at the Huntingdon Station in Kensington, SEPTA said.
The fatality is under investigation.
Passengers on the train that hit the man were taken off at the station and had to wait about 25 minutes for shuttle buses to resume their trips.
