You have to see this furry chair from the Philadelphia Furniture Show

Sit. Stay. Pet. The Philadelphia Furniture Show takes places this weekend and is a chance to look beyond the cookie-cutter Ikea-style furniture and to fill your house with unique pieces with some zazz. While furniture can be on the pricier side - with good reason - there are definitely items that won't break your bank. Look out for pieces by the 50 artisans that range from $50 to $5,000.

We actually giggled with delight when we saw this furry chair from Rhode Island School of Design student Justin Seow, who was one of two people to win the Emerging Artist Competition. We love it not just because it's a chair you can pet (although, who doesn't want a chair you can pet?), but also because when you sit on this chair, the legs collapse and it squishes down to the floor. But that's not all! As you sit, it squeals. How can you resist a chair that is both squishy and squeaky? Not many chairs can claim those qualities. They definitely don't sell this story of thing at Target.

It's whimsical, fun, and experimental in a way that Philadelphia Furniture Show pieces often are - whether you're looking to redecorate the house, or you just want to browse all things squishy and squeaky.
