Women often complain how "the good ones are taken." Not always! Mannwell Glenn is a case in point. Not only does the radio personality/political consultant look and act younger than his 55 years, he makes a point of eating right and staying in shape. He lifts weights, bikes, and also plays golf.  His show is called The Breakdown and airs every Saturday morning from 7 a.m. until  9 a.m. on 100.3 FM WRNB.
