Monday's Child: Savonnah, 8, passionate about pink

Savonnah just loves pink. The 8-year-old is proud of her appearance and makes sure every outfit she wears includes that color. She also is passionate about her choice of television programs. Her favorite is any show that features a Disney princess.

In addition, Savonnah enjoys riding her bike, playing with her dolls, baking goodies, and reading the Descendants books and watching the movie.

A bright and adorable girl, Savonah has a pleasant disposition and gets along well with adults and with children her age. Very friendly, she readily engages in conversations.

In school, Savonnah is very independent and easily moves from one activity to another. She takes pride in completing her assignments on time. She is intrigued by numbers, so it is no surprise that math is her favorite subject. A leader in school, she enjoys teaching her classmates how to play a game and is always available to assist them when they need help.

Savonnah is very helpful in her foster home and follows the rules and directions very well. She understands what adoption is and is eager to have a forever family. The best family for her will be patient and loving and provide a structured environment for her.

Savonnah and other children are available for adoption. For information, contact Anna Coleman at the National Adoption Center.
