Amone describes herself as happy, loving, and very sweet. The 15-year-old has a variety of interests, among them singing, dancing, swimming, and gymnastics. She loves to draw and is very talented.

Amone had an opportunity to express her artistic side recently when she visited a bakery. After receiving tips on frosting, she immediately put them to good use when she decorated cupcakes with flowers. She also made a layer cake.

Amone does very well in school, and it is no surprise that art is her favorite subject. She dreams of being a famous singer. However, she realizes that a more attainable career would be as a hair stylist, and she already shows great promise.

A more current goal is to be adopted. Amone has experienced many losses in her life and yearns to have a permanent family. She would love to be the only child in an adoptive home where there are friendly cats and small dogs she can care for.

Amone is also interested in caring for horses and developing trust with them, just like she wants to do with a loving adoptive family. Hopefully, the home would have a large garden where she can plant flowers and watch them grow.

Amone and other children are available for adoption. For information, contact Anna Coleman at the National Adoption Center.
