President Trump is speaking in Harrisburg on Wednesday. Watch live video of his remarks:

The president was heading to Pennsylvania — one of the states that helped him clinch last year's election — to push his plan for tax reform. The appearance in the state comes as Trump is looking for a win, after struggling for a major legislative achievement in his first year.

Trump is expected to describe truckers as big winners in his tax plan. But are they? An independent analyst tells Washington correspondent Jonathan Tamari that truckers are unlikely see significant benefits from the plan. "Unless you think truckers are in the top 1 percent, it's hard to believe that all these benefits will go to truckers," said Mark Mazur, director of the non-partisan Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center.

Earlier in the day, protesters at the state Capitol were waving signs against Trump's tax plan.

Meanwhile, the president has been facing conflicts on a number of fronts, including public feuds with his secretary of state, a top Republican senator and NFL players.
