Last meeting: With 6-foot-9 junior Eric Carter totaling 17 points and 13 rebounds, Delaware defeated the visiting Dragons, 72-66, on Jan. 11. Tramaine Isabell had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Drexel.

The latest: Both teams are tied for last place in the CAA, but with two regular-season games left, each has a shot at moving up to sixth place and earning a first-round bye in the 10-team conference tournament. … Delaware ended a nine-game losing streak with Saturday's 72-57 home win over Elon as Archbishop Carroll grad Ryan Daly had 22 points and a season-high 12 rebounds and Carter added 11 points and 11 rebounds for his ninth double-double of the year. … After missing five games with an ankle injury, the 6-5 Daly returned last week and averaged 20.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in two games. … The status of 6-8 Drexel senior Austin Williams, who is ninth nationally in blocked shots (2.9 per game), is uncertain. He missed the last game with a lower leg injury that had forced him out of action previously in February. … Drexel's Isabell is second in the CAA in scoring, averaging 20.4 ppg. … Williams is fifth in the CAA in rebounding (8.1 per game), and Isabell is seventh (7.1).
