The latest: The Wildcats won their ninth straight game Sunday, 92-76 over Seton Hall. … DiVincenzo, a redshirt sophomore, has averaged 22.3 points in four games against St. John's. He has scored a career-high 25 points twice versus the Red Storm. … Villanova's average scoring margin of 18.7 points is fourth in the nation. … The Red Storm is coming off an 81-77 upset of No. 4 Duke on Saturday. … The 6-foot-1 Ponds, only the 10th player in St. John's history to reach 1,000 career points in his second season, is second in the Big East in scoring (20.3 points per game) and first in steals (2.6) and minutes played (36.2).

The latest: The Explorers committed only two turnovers in an 81-78 home victory Saturday over St. Joseph's and outscored the Hawks 19-2 in points off turnovers. … Pookie Powell handed out 11 assists and did not commit a turnover. … Freshman Jamir Moultrie had a career-high six three-pointers in the game and is shooting 48.8 percent from behind the arc. … The Colonials, who dropped an 87-58 decision at home Saturday to Davidson, have lost four straight and eight of nine. … They have struggled offensively, ranking near the bottom of the conference at 63.9 points per game and 42.7 percent shooting from the floor.

The latest: The Owls (13-10, 5-6) received 18 points from Nate Pierre-Louis and a career-high 10 assists from Shizz Alston Jr. in a win at Tulane. Temple has won three straight and five of its last six games. The Owls are a game out of fourth in the AAC. They have scored 80 points in three straight games for the first time since November 2016.  East Carolina (9-13, 3-8) beat Memphis to break a three-game losing streak. The worst three-point-shooting team in the nation made 11 of 24 from long range against Memphis. Senior guard B.J. Tyson leads four Pirates in double-digit scoring at 14.3 ppg. Junior guard Isaac Fleming is second in the AAC with 5.0 assists per game.
