Game 1 at Redskins

WIN

The Eagles offense was a pitiful 1 for 5 in the red zone in their two losses to the Redskins last season. Can Alshon Jeffery make a difference inside the 20?

Game 2 at Chiefs

LOSS

The long-awaited meeting between Mr. Miyagi and Daniel, er, Andy Reid and Doug Pederson. The over/under on delay-of-game penalties is 15.

Game 3 vs. Giants

WIN

The Giants have Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall, and Sterling Shepard. They also have a defective offensive line that is going to lose a lot of battles to the Eagles' defensive line.

Game 4 at Chargers

WIN

Well, crowd noise shouldn't be a problem. The Chargers are playing in a 30,000-seat broom closet/soccer stadium while their new digs are being built.

Game 5 vs. Arizona

LOSS

The last time the Eagles played Arizona, two years ago, they gave up 40 points and David Johnson rushed for 187 yards and three touchdowns.

Game 6 at Carolina

LOSS

Short-week games on the road are tough. That the Panthers will be coming off two difficult road games — against the Patriots and the Lions — will help a little, but not enough.

Game 7 vs. Redskins

WIN

Carson Wentz was sacked 33 times last season. Nine of them came in the Eagles' two losses to Washington. But they'll have 11 days to rest up and get ready for this Monday-nighter.

Game 8 vs. 49ers

WIN

Philly will be the 49ers' fourth road trip in five weeks. Stick a fork in 'em. And take the Eagles, regardless of the spread.

Game 9 vs. Broncos

WIN

The Broncos held 11 of their 16 opponents to 21 points or fewer last season. The Eagles have committed nearly $17 million in cap space to offensive tackles Jason Peters and Lane Johnson for days like this.

Game 10 at Cowboys

WIN

The Eagles will be coming off their bye week. The Cowboys will be coming off tough back-to-back games against the Chiefs and Falcons. Take the rested team, even on the road.

Game 11 vs. Bears

WIN

Mitchell Trubisky will be a breath of fresh air for the Eagles defense between Dak Prescott and Russell Wilson.

Game 12 at Seahawks

LOSS

The Seahawks have won 85 of 120 games at CenturyLink Field since moving there in 2002. The Eagles have scored a total of 29 points in their last two visits there.

Game 13 at Rams

WIN

This will be Carson Wentz's first opportunity to rub in the Rams' faces their decision to take Jared Goff over him.

Game 14 at Giants

LOSS

This will be the Eagles' fourth road game in five weeks. They have swept the Giants twice in the last three years, but not this year.Game

Game 15 vs. Raiders

WIN

The Raiders must be tickled to death to fly cross-country for a Christmas night game against the Eagles. Ho, ho, ho. Not.

Game 16 vs. Cowboys

LOSS

I'm not sure putting a Week 17 Eagles-Cowboys game that probably is going to have playoff consequences in South Philly on New Year's Eve, even at 1 p.m., is the smartest idea in the world.
