Eagles running back Wendell Smallwood is out for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals because of a knee injury that kept him sidelined at practice all week. LeGarrette Blount will be the top running back, with Corey Clement also expected to receive a bump in playing time.

Defensive back Jaylen Watkins is inactive even though he practiced this week. Watkins missed the past two games with a hamstring injury. He was questionable for Sunday's game.

The other inactives are defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, cornerback Ronald Darby, wide receiver Shelton Gibson, offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo, and defensive tackle Destiny Vaeao.

Cox was already declared out with a calf injury for the second straight game. Vaeao, who was questionable with a wrist injury, is out for the fourth consecutive week. Beau Allen will start at defensive tackle next to Tim Jernigan, with Elijah Qualls and Justin Hamilton as the two backups.

Safety Corey Graham is making his return to the lineup after missing two weeks. He steps in as the third safety.

Seumalo and Gibson are healthy scratches.

At running back, Kenjon Barner could take on a bigger role behind Blount and Clement. This is the first time this season the Eagles have only three running backs active.
