CARSON, Calif. — Eagles offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo went from starter to healthy scratch in two weeks. Seumalo is inactive Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. He was demoted to reserve last week against the Giants, and he won't be in uniform Sunday.

The other healthy inactive player is wide receiver Shelton Gibson. The Eagles announced five players as out with injuries on Friday: defensive tackles Fletcher Cox and Destiny Vaeao; safeties Corey Graham and Jaylen Watkins; and cornerback Ronald Darby.

The Eagles have nine defensive linemen active on Sunday.  Steven Means is inactive for the first time this season as the fifth defensive end. Justin Hamilton, who was promoted from practice squad on Saturday, is also in uniform. Running back Kenjon Barner is also making his season debut.

Linebacker Jordan Hicks (ankle) and safety Rodney McLeod (hamstring) are active, as expected. Both players were questionable, but they practiced throughout the week.

The starting lineup changes were not announced, but it's expected that Stefen Wisniewski starts at left guard and Rasul Douglas starts at cornerback.
