ANAHEIM, Calif. — Eagles tight end Zach Ertz returned to practice on a limited basis Thursday, but he has not yet cleared the league-mandated concussion protocol. The Eagles are optimistic that Ertz will be cleared in time to play Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.

Ertz exited Sunday's loss to Seattle in the third quarter and missed Wednesday's practice session. Friday is the team's last full practice session of the week.

Ertz has 57 catches for 663 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games this season. He missed one game this year with a hamstring injury.

The Rams have allowed 46 catches for 501 yards and four touchdowns to tight ends this season.
