Alex Almonte scored the game-winning goal as the Archbishop Carroll field hockey team defeated Germantown Academy, 4-3, on Tuesday. Carroll improved to 3-0 thanks to strong defensive efforts from Carly Bateman and goalie Mary Kate Kearney, who made eight saves.

Hannah Miller netted four goals as Villa Maria rolled to a 16-0 win over St. Basil. Miller has recorded a hat trick in three straight games.

Kaleigh Missimer and Kennedy Reardon had two goals each in Plymouth Whitemarsh's 5-0 triumph over Wissahickon. The Colonials improved to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the Suburban One American League.

Sanaa Hebron had four goals as George School blanked Morrisville 7-0. Hebron has totaled seven goals over the past two games.

Upper Moreland held off Quakertown, 4-2, behind three goals from Bryanna Gordon.

Girls’ soccer

Devon Maillet, Ellie Malek, and Danielle McNeely scored as Strath Haven held off William Tennent, 3-2. The Panthers moved to 4-0 on the season.

Paige Mastripolito and Kelliann Matey had three goals apiece as Archbishop Carroll defeated St. Hubert, 7-2.

Alison Devers' first-half goal sent Perkiomen Valley past Pottsgrove, 1-0. Riley Hill needed to make just five saves to record the shutout.

Chiara Robinson notched four goals as Sun Valley overcame a pair of two-goal deficits to beat Interboro 7-5.

Boys’ soccer

Trent Davis scored the lone goal in Haverford School's 1-0 victory over Conestoga. Goalkeeper Will Boyes made a great save in the final minute to preserve the shutout.

Jose Gamez and Sandesh Tamang each scored two goals as Furness beat Palumbo, 4-2.

Girls’ golf

Charlotte Scully shot a 37 as Unionville defeated Avon Grove, 193-250, at Kennett Square Golf & Country Club. Scully had two birdies in her round for the Indians, who improved to 4-1.

Boys’ golf

Connor Bennink shot a 1-under-par 34 as Unionville stayed perfect with a 182-211 win over West Chester Rustin. Richie Kline and Will Bennink each shot a 36 for the Indians (9-0).
