Major League Baseball announced Wednesday the debut of Players Weekend, when players will be allowed to do all sorts of things that aren't usually allowed to do, such as put nicknames on their backs of their jerseys and wear unique and colorful equipment and accessories.

In addition to all that, each team will sport new jerseys that Major League Baseball are calling "colorful, non-traditional" and "inspired by youth-league uniforms."

Here is what the Phillies will be wearing Aug. 25-27:

What do you think, Philadelphia? You dig these unis?

It was a no-brainer that Odbuel Herrera would have "Torito" on the back of his jersey, but how about Aaron Altherr's nickname of "A-A-ron," a nod to the hilarious Comedy Central show Key and Peele.

Unfortunately, Altherr is on the disabled list and we probably won't be able to see his jersey on the field, but it's still pretty funny.

Oh, and in case any of you were wondering, Carlos Ruiz will have "Chooch" on the back of his Mariners jersey. Chase Utley, on the other hand, will have "Silver Fox" on the back of his Dodgers jersey.
