How to leave Philadelphia after the Eagles parade by train, subway, car

First, some top-level takeaways:
SEPTA Regional Rail service out of the city ends at 9:30 p.m. At Jefferson, there are different lines for each different Regional Rail line. If you're confused, ask SEPTA staffers in yellow vests.
If you're driving, good luck. In all seriousness, there is a whole host of road closures around the parade areas. It's not clear yet when roads will reopen, but it'll be sometime after 6 p.m.
You don't have to pay for street parking Thursday because the PPA won't be enforcing kiosks, parking permits and time limits, but it will enforce safety violations (parking too close to the corner, fire hydrants, blocking crosswalks, and double parking).
Avoid SEPTA buses or take them knowing you might have to get creative. At least 27 routes are on detours, and it's unclear what detours those buses will make. So far, those buses are 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, 16, 17, 21, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 37, 38, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 48, 64, 68, 79, 124, 125 and G.
Uber and Lyft are going to be expensive (due to surge pricing) and slow-moving. Avoid them if you can.
Biking is a solid option if you can brave the cold. The following are closed to bikes:
Lanes on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway
Broad Street
Streets in the vicinity of the parade route
Access to the Schuylkill River Trail from the rear of the Philadelphia Museum of Art
Westbound travel on the Schuylkill Trail will terminate at Paine Skate Park
Cell phone and wireless service will have been spotty. Stick close to your crew and try not to rely on Google Maps.
Roll with it. Expect to be waiting around a lot, in the cold, especially if you're taking public transit. But remember: The Eagles won!
Going to New Jersey
If you have a pass (or a Freedom Card, which you can reload if it's empty), you can get on the PATCO at 10th and Locust and get off at Lindenwold, Woodcrest, Ferry Avenue, or Broadway. Normal service headed into New Jersey will resume at 8:10 p.m.

If you want to leave Philly before 7 p.m. via NJTransit's 414/417/555, you'll have to take the bus from Sixth and Race. Otherwise, regular service will resume after that.
If you already have a pass, you can take the NJTransit Atlantic City Rail Line from 30th Street.
If you want to take the River LINE service, you can ride PATCO to Broadway station or walk across the Ben Franklin Bridge, whose south walkway will be open.
AccessLink will not be running.

If you already have a pass for SEPTA Regional Rail, you can get on the Trenton line at 30th Street starting at 2 p.m. and it'll stop at Trenton, Croydon and Cornwells Heights, or you can get on the West Trenton Line at Jefferson Station and get off at West Trenton, Woodbourne, Langhorne, Philmont and Jenkintown-Wyncote. Service for both lines ends at 9:30 p.m.
You can also walk back on the Ben Franklin Bridge's south walkway, but earlier this afternoon, there were lines there, too, to go up the narrow stairway.
Going to the Philly suburbs
Take the Market-Frankford Line for free to 69th Street in order to get on Norristown High Speed Line, Route 101 or 102 trolleys.
If you were able to get a pass, you can take the Regional Rail from either Jefferson Station or 30th Street, depending on what you're riding (see our guide below but you should board the train where you got off in the morning). Service will stop at 9:30 p.m. At Jefferson, there are different lines for each different Regional Rail line so make sure to get in the right one. If you're confused, ask SEPTA staffers in yellow vests.

Airport Line (get on at 30th): Eastwick, Terminals A, B, C/D and E/F. Hourly service throughout the day
Chestnut Hill East Line (get on at Jefferson): Chestnut Hill East and Wyndmoor
Chestnut Hill West Line: No train service
Cynwyd Line: No train service
Fox Chase Line (get on at Jefferson): Fox Chase
Lansdale/Doylestown line (get on at Jefferson): Doylestown, Lansdale, Pennbrook, Ambler, Fort Washington and Jenkintown-Wyncote
Manayunk/Norristown line (get on at Jefferson): Elm Street, Norristown Transportation Center, Conshohocken
Media/Elwyn Line (get on at 30th): Elwyn, Media and Primos
Paoli/Thorndale Line (get on at 30th): Thorndale, Whitford, Exton, Paoli and Ardmore
Warminster Line (get on at Jefferson): Warminster and Jenkintown-Wyncote

Going to Delaware
You can take the Regional Rail at 30th Street to Wilmington, Marcus Hook and Ridley Park, but you need a pre-paid pass. Service stops at 9:30 p.m.
You can also take SEPTA Trolleys 11 or 13 to Darby Transportation Center, then SEPTA bus 113 to Tri-State Mall, then catch DART Route 13 or DART Route 61.
Going to West Philly
You can only get on and off the Market-Frankford Line at these stops out west: 30th Street, 40th Street, 46th Street, 52nd Street, 60th Street and 69th Street Transportation Center.
Or take trolleys 10, 11, 13, 34, or 36 at 13th, 19th, 22nd or 30th Street. Expect to wait in line.
Trolleys are not free Thursday.
Going to the Northeast, Kensington, or Fishtown
The Market-Frankford Line is free, but you can get on and off at only these stops on that side of town: Frankford Transportation Center, Arrott Transportation Center, Erie-Torresdale, Allegheny, Huntingdon, Girard, Second Street, 13th Street, 30th Street.
Going to South Philly or North Philly
Take the Broad Street Line for free, but you can get on and off only at these stops:
Fern Rock Transportation Center, Olney Transportation Center, Wyoming, Erie, North Philadelphia, Cecil B. Moore, Girard, Race-Vine, Walnut-Locust, Ellsworth-Federal, Snyder and AT&T.
