Basketball: Camden Catholic vs. St. Joseph preview

Camden Catholic (22-6) vs. St. Joseph Metuchen (23-4) at Jackson Liberty, Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Third-seeded St. Joseph's road to the final: Beat Bishop Eustace, 55-53, and Red Bank Catholic, 64-37.

St. Joseph player to watch: Senior guard Tyree Taganeca-Ford averages 13.6 points and leads the sharpshooting Falcons with 41 three-pointers. As a team, St. Joseph has made 171 three-pointers.

Fourth-seeded Camden Catholic's road to the final: Beat Bishop Ahr, 69-27, and St. Augustine, 68-65 (OT).

Camden Catholic player to watch: Junior swingman Baba Ajike scored 20 in the win over St. Augustine Prep, the two-time defending sectional champion. Ajike made a key three-point play in overtime and also notched his 1,000th career point.
