Wednesday's Pa. roundup: Jackson Scialanca and Caleb Pfleiger's heroics give Dock Mennonite a thrilling overtime win against Lower Moreland

Jackson Scialanca hit the game-winning three-pointer in overtime with two seconds remaining Wednesday to lift the Dock Mennonite boys' basketball team over Lower Moreland, 51-48. Caleb Pfleiger forced overtime with a three at the buzzer. Scialanca and Darius Ellis each scored 13 points for the Pioneers.

Andre Davis made six threes and had a game-high 22 points as Parkway Northwest edged Engineering and Science, 62-59, in the Public League Bracket A playoffs. Marquis Moore added 17 points for the victors. Parkway Northwest will play the winner of Imhotep Charter and Ben Franklin Feb. 13.

Damien Sears scored a team-high 15 points as Boys' Latin held off String Theory, 75-73, in the Public League Bracket B playoffs. Desmond Sevor pitched in with 13 points for the Warriors. Anthony Brown dropped 33 points for String Theory.

Quadree Johnson-Brown paced Audenried with 16 points in a 74-58 victory over Washington, in the Public League Bracket B playoffs. Neem Mapp contributed with 12 points for the Rockets, who had a total of 10 scorers. Audenried will face the winner of Constitution and School of the Future Feb. 13.

Walter Hester finished with 25 points as Paul Robeson took down Roxborough, 84-54, in the Public League Bracket A playoffs. Troy Butler collected 11 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and three steals for the Huskies. Robeson will play at Bartram on Feb. 13.

Donte Dupriest led all scorers with 22 points as Bartram topped Eastern University Charter, 73-53, in the Public League Bracket A playoffs. Dahmir Fowlkes added 13 points for the Braves. Bartram will host Paul Robeson on Feb. 13.

Ace Bibbs recorded 21 points in Abington Friends' 70-54 triumph over Moorestown Friends in the Quaker Cup semifinals. Joel Artega contributed with 17 points for the Kangeroos.

Anton Loginov  scored 25 points as Phelps fell to Peddie School, 90-85, in overtime. Marlyn Johnson poured in 37 points for the Falcons.

Josh Buck posted 22 points in Calvary Christian's 61-53 victory over Christian Academy. Sean Walsh added 14 points for the Cougars.

Girls' Basketball

Courtney Floyd ended with 18 points as Interboro edged Academy Park, 55-51. Marta Walewska chipped in with 15 points for the Buccaneers.

Jackie Vargas and Jackie Vargas scored 16 points to lead Upper Dublin past Upper Moreland, 72-22. Maggie Weglos had 12 points for the Cardinals.
