Pedestrian killed in Bucks County accident

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Tullytown, Bucks County, Saturday night, according to police.

Tullytown Police Chief Daniel Doyle said the accident happened on Route 13 in the borough around 8:20 p.m.

The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene, submitted to testing, and is not believed to have been driving under the influence of intoxicants, Doyle said.

The victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was a man in his 20s. Police are currently trying to identify him, Doyle said.
