Man, 19, killed in Frankford shooting
Victim was shot in the chest and legs shortly before 6 p.m. in the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue.

A 19-year-old man was fatally shot inside a restaurant late Tuesday afternoon in the city's Frankford section, police said.
The victim was shot several times in the chest and legs shortly before 6 p.m. in the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:19 p.m.
Police reported no arrest or motive.
