Attorney General Jeff Sessions is speaking Monday at the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference in Philadelphia. Watch live starting around 11 a.m., courtesy of NBC Philadelphia:
Sessions is expected to speak about efforts to combat the MS-13 gang. He also addressed the gathering on Saturday, telling attendees that their work was a "noble and high calling" and promising to work with them to target the most violent offenders and reduce crime.

Protesters have had a presence outside the event at the Pennsylvania Convention Center throughout the conference. Several demonstrators were charged with assaulting Philadelphia police officers.
