The Philadelphia Eagles have arrived in Minnesota, where just one more game stands between them and Super Bowl bling.

The American Airlines plane that left Philadelphia shortly after noon Sunday landed at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport just before 4:30 p.m. Lincoln Financial Field time. The temperature upon arrival was 19 degrees and snow was piled around the runways.

The landing was as smooth as a pass from Nick Foles to Alshon Jeffery, as this video tweeted by the Eagles shows.

Inside a private hangar, the players filed off the plane, bearing bulging carry-ons and the hopes of legions of fans. Even the hobbled Carson Wentz had to lug his own gear. He descended the jet's steps with a limp and into the arms of a smiling former Eagles quarterback, Ron Jaworski.

About four hours earlier, amid a steady drizzle and temps in the upper 40s, the Birds, wearing their Sunday best, walked across a wet tarmac at Atlantic Aviation Terminal and up the steps onto an American Airlines plane bound for Minneapolis as fans waved signs and yelled words of encouragement.

What awaits is a whirlwind week of Super Bowl events and mental conditioning for next Sunday's big game. And not just for fans! The players will use the week getting ready, too, to take on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.
