The list of things that drew Danielle Siegelbaum from Westchester, N.Y., to the contemporary home in South Philadelphia is a long one.

Siegelbaum is an artist and illustrator who has worked for the New Yorker and Sony, designed a line of eyeglasses, and displayed her own work in galleries.
She and her then-husband bought the 3,252-square-foot house in 2018 when it had just been finished.
But now she is returning to her native Paris to continue her work while being closer to family and friends.
